Our Team

Irene Iwanylo – Supervising Community Association Manager/ President/Owner
I have lived in the Las Vegas Valley since 1996 with my husband Todd and my wonderful son, Jacob. I am originally from New York City, New York.  In 1988 my family migrated west to live in California. After my years in California, we found ourselves in the Las Vegas Valley. From this time on we worked to build the blocks of our future successes. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Business Management,  my Community Association Management License, created New Vision Community Management, Inc. and most importantly assisted in the support and raising of our son Jacob all within the last 13 years. 
I believe I have been extremely fortunate over the years, but I have worked extremely hard to earn all that I have created.  With myself being employed in all facets of business for over 20 years and traveling the globe, this experience affords me the knowledge many  other company’s cannot offer by injecting local, national, and global business insight of world views in the HOA Business Management market. I have additional experience in banking and in manufacturing of goods and services in the human resources departments. I plan to continue my education on the graduate level and earn a Masters degree in Business Administration and Leadership.
For fun I enjoy spending time with my family and injecting my experiences and time into non-profit organizations such as the Las Vegas Eagles Club Baseball program, Green Valley Little League, and NFL Flag Football. I believe spending quality time with one’s family assist in building a solid base on which family and business are built. I also enjoy reading, writing, and traveling to new places.

I encourage all to stop by the New Vision Community Management’s office and meet our courteous and kind staff. New Vision is a new way of experiencing HOA management. We like to say it’s, “A New and Better Way to Manage Your Community!”  Managing great communities is what we are all about.

Todd Iwanylo –Director of Operations
I have lived in the Las Vegas area since 1996 with my beautiful wife Irene and my 13 year old son Jacob. I came directly to the Las Vegas Valley from military service in the United States Navy, in which I served since 1991 and was honorably discharged. I hold a bachelors degree in business management and I am con-currently working to attain a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Secondary Education and I just recently was selected the 2008 Cambridge’s Who’s Who Executive Member Man of the Year.
I have worked in business management for over 11 years and my understanding and commitment has been to the innovation and preservation of improved services for the people I assist and employ. From the time I served as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy facilitating healthcare to our sailors and solders of the United States armed services, to my work today. I always think of the people we serve first. I have managed an international education company, traveled the world, and I have been directly involved in the specialization of establishing and preserving multiple for profit and non-profit organizations and businesses, in which I also served as president and director.
My hobbies are to spend as much time as possible with my wife and son. I spend multiple hours volunteering for the Las Vegas/ Henderson communities as my parents did when I was growing up. I earned the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of American when I was a child and I attribute my personal success to the hard working volunteers of my community. Today I believe it is my turn to give back to our youth and community.  I have coached and worked on the board of directors for Green Valley Little League since 2001. In addition I have coached for the Henderson Flag Football league, and worked with the local cub scouts. Irene and I truly enjoy assisting in the enrichment of our youth in the Las Vegas/Henderson Valley, and volunteering makes it possible for us to give back to a wonderful community.

I bring this same experience and motivation to New Vision Community Management, Inc and I truly enjoy providing exceptional service to all we serve.

Ian Dasmarinas – HOA Coordinator

I have lived in the Las Vegas since 2004, and I in the state of New Jersey before then. I was born in the Philippines and moved to the United States when I was 11 years old. 
I have 10 years experience in office administration.  I previously worked in the Healthcare industry as a Unit Representative/Medical Surgical Tech, in the Open Heart Recovery Unit at Morristown Memorial Hospital.  I attended Cittone Institute of Technology, in New Jersey, for two years in addition to attending The College of Southern Nevada in 2004-2005.  I have been in the HOA industry for almost 5 years as an HOA assistant.   
I love spending time with my family here in Las Vegas and my mom who resides in Los Angeles.  I love music so most of my time I spend is listening, singing and writing songs.  I also love to go shopping, traveling, and hanging out with friends.

I enjoy utilizing my experiences to serve New Vision Community Management, Inc and its communities to bring the best customer service possible to our homeowners.  

Hector M. Salazar: Home Inspection Specialist
I am a 19 year old who has resided in Las Vegas since 1999, when I moved from Chicago, IL. I graduated from Valley High School in 2008 and have been working in my field for almost two years now. I am currently a student at the College of Southern Nevada, and I am majoring in Business Marketing. My plan is to transfer to UNLV and continue my education in Business.
I have been employed and working since I was 16 years old, working mostly retail until I was able to learn how to work commercial and residential inspections, along with the processing of the correspondence that goes along with the inspections.  I have learned a great deal at New Vision Community Management, Inc and I truly believe that working here has given me the confidence and motivation to build on my experience and education. New Vision Community Management, Inc is a pro-educational institution who offers their employees personal one on one counseling for their employees to assist in their advancement.

In my spare time I am an artist who works with stencil paintings, and it has been a hobby of mine for over 7 years. I also enjoy playing the drums and creating my own music. I am a true artist at work and I have enjoyed drums since I was a small boy.

Sophia A. Nevarez: Receptionist              

I am 22 years old and I have resided in the Las Vegas Valley for as long as I can remember. I love to travel and visit various places, but I am a true Vegas girl at heart.

I have been employed since I was sixteen years old and on occasion people deem me to be a bit of a workaholic. I personally see it a bit different.  My belief is that if a person wants to build a strong reputation and earn the respect of others, that person needs to perform at a high level and secure what they need and want.  I am extremely grateful for all things that come my way and do my best to take advantage of good opportunities. I have worked in retail most of my professional career, and I have met many wonderful people along the way.  I do my best to assist people and co-workers around me and gladly take on extra responsibilities. New Vision has given me the opportunity for my first experience in the HOA industry and I truly am enjoying this experience and see myself growing within the industry.

When I am not working I travel home at the end of a day’s work and I love to be at home with my family and friends to relax, but sitting idle has never been my strong point. On occasion I will still work part-time in the evening doing what I love to do and that is to serve the needs of customers. When I afford the spare time I do movie night, shop, or go out on the town I enjoy. I remain close to my mother, she is my world, and all that I do makes her proud. That is why I will always do my best at whatever I do to keep my family proud of me and my decisions clear.

I bring this example to New Vision and expect a lot of myself and I look forward to serving all of our homeowners needs as best I can.
